You can email or text an application to allow customers to get pre-approved for a loan before they even step foot in your store for a big-ticket purchase.
By offering an online loan application that you can embed, email, or text directly to your customers, they are able to submit the application at their own convenience. It’s a fast and simple approach to financing, and offers your customers privacy with their financial information.
To send an application to your customer, complete the following steps:
1. In the dashboard, click the New Application icon or tab as shown below.
2. You are brought to the “Start a new loan application” page. Fill out the applicable information, select which promotional program you would like to use at a cost to you, or leave it set at the Free Standard Program, and select the “Send by Email or Text Message” option. You can also customise your invitation experience as shown in green (more details below).
- Follow the instructions in the pop up window that appears for your chosen method of sending the application.
The customer will then receive a link which will bring them to an online application form.
Customise Your Invitation;
You can customise your invitation for financing by providing your company's contact information, preferred mean of contact and other payment options. Make sure these information are accurate before sending the invitation.
